![]() ![]() Deer Sanctuaries: Sugaru's Sight - Headshot Lock-on, fire multiple arrows.Monkey Sanctuaries: Mashira's Protection - Larger Parry/Dodge window on Heal.Cat Sanctuaries: Nekoma's Hunt - Kunai Assassinations. Each animal has an exclusive Major Charm associated with it, and finding more of them will improve the Charm, making it more useful. This half works exactly the same as the first, so employ the same cautious tactics there to whittle her health down and deal the killing blow. Each Animal Sanctuary is home to several one of three types of animal: Deer, Cats and Monkeys. He'll then return to reality and defend Tenzo, taking the Eagle on directly once more. ![]() Once you take her down to about 50% health, Jin will enter a vision and succumb to it, seeing a reenactment of his father's death and mentally reconciling that his father was far from perfect, and to let go of his guilt. You'll have to be very patient here, standing still and waiting for her to close in so you can counter her. Like any duel opponent, she is a big fan of blocking almost all of your attacks, which means you can only effectively deal damage to her using parries and dodges, preferably Perfect ones. The Eagle fights as she did in the gorge, switching between her pike-performing staff and a sword. As with your fight with Khunbish, remember to press Up on the D-Pad to lock on to her. As before your Resolve will drain, so if you need to heal up, do it NOW because this Eagle can still kill you regardless.Īnd there she indeed is, and Jin vows to serve those on Iki island, the Raiders included. Just like at Kidafure Battleground, this isn't the real Eagle, but the fight very much is. Jin and the Raiders press on into the gorge, and you'll encounter another hallucinatory Eagle under the violet tree. As you do, Jin will be assaulted by another vision, however in this case you can still fight the Mongols just as well as usual, and even better there's no Shamans backing them up! Once the Mongol force is dead, you'll meet up with Fune and decide that the best course is to press into the gorge and take her on. Employ the same strategy as always after that: Archers first, Super Brutes last. So, you'll want to take the time to kill the Shaman in the mouth of the gorge, and the one further in. They'll be backed up by a Shaman, so make sure to kill him first to debuff the other Mongols, letting you kill them much more easily.Īs you may expect, these Mongols are backed up by two Shamans, however despite the Mongols being in two groups, even one Shaman has enough range to bolster both of them. When she vanishes, take out the IRL Mongols. The vision won't last too long however, which is good because the Eagle fights like a boss character and blocks many of Jin's attacks. Notably, while fighting her Jin will quickly lose all of his Resolve. despite Tenzo's objection.Īs becomes clear the Eagle is one of Jin's visions, but she is just as lethal as any real opponent. Upon spotting her, Jin will charge in to slay her. ![]() She won't be directly in front of you, instead she'll be off to the far left on horseback. Get in position to look around for the Eagle. Mount your horse and follow Tenzo into Kidafure Battleground, where you'll meet the scouts close to the Archery Challenge. All Jin and Tenzo have to do is wait for one of the Raider's scouts to spot the Eagle so they can attack and lure her forces in.Īfter a transition to night, we join Jin just as Tenzo returns with news that his men have spotted the Eagle's force. Jin surmizes that the Raiders can use Senjo Gorge to lure the Eagle into a trap, just as they did for Jin's father 15 years ago. When you get there, Jin, Tenzo and Fune set aside their differences for now in order to focus on the Eagle.
